"Consumer/Customer," "you," "your," or "yours" pertain to individuals engaging in actions such as placing orders for Custom Writing Services, uploading information, and making payments on this Site.

"Content" means all information, text, materials, images, data, links, software, or other material accessible through the Site or Services, whether created by us or provided by another person for display on the Site or through the Services.

"Custom Writing Service" (Services) is provided by the Experts within a defined time frame and according to the Customer's requirements. The Service encompasses all Order Statuses.

"AI Tool Service" (Services) refers to the automated text-generation tool available on the Site, which allows Users to generate written content (answers, explanations, and solutions) using OpenAI's GPT language models. The current underlying model is GPT-5-mini, but it may be updated to a newer version without prior notice. All AI-generated output is produced automatically based on User input and is not manually reviewed, proofread, or edited.

"Messaging System" is the software that facilitates continuous communication between the Customer and the Expert, or with the Support Team.

"Order" refers to the factual request for a Custom Writing Service sent to our Company by the Customer. It includes particular requirements and specifications regarding the sources to be used in the Product.

"Order Status" displays the advancement of the Order and indicates the present phase of work in the direction of completion.

"Personal Balance" refers to the total amount of funds available in your account that have not been used towards an Order after a successful transaction. Funds are added to the Personal Balance voluntarily to compensate for the Order(s) price at the Customer's discretion.

"Order Balance" refers to the total amount of funds allocated to a specific Order after an Expert has been assigned to the Order.

"Escrow" refers to the financial agreement in which We control monetary transactions between the Customer and the Expert as a third party. According to this agreement, We only release the funds once the contract terms are met.

"Delivering Service" denotes the act of generating, writing, composing, or creating, reviewing and editing, correcting and proofreading, checking of plagiarism, self-plagiarism and citation and either wholly or partially, a sample of a completed assignment, which can include written, visual, artistic, and similar tasks, for a fee.

"Product" signifies the outcome of the rendered Custom Writing Services, being original content composed/redacted/corrected and delivered to the Customer as a digital document, adhering to their specific request. A Product is designed to assist the Customer's learning and comprehension in a particular subject area or topic. The Product is not intended for submission to any educational institutions like universities, colleges, academies, schools, or others governed by the state, for the fulfillment of degree, diploma, certificate, or course of study requisites at such institutions.

"Product Revision" pertains to a request made by the Customer for modifying the final version of the Product, in line with the original specifications of the Order.

"Support Team" or "Support" designate the organizational division within the Company accountable for managing and aiding with Orders and Custom Writing Services.

"Quality Assurance Department" refers to the Company's structural unit responsible for evaluating and protecting the quality of our Products and Services. The Quality Assurance Department holds responsibility for investigating all disputed claims and remains impartial towards all parties.

"Expert" refers to an individual contracted by the Company as an independent freelancer who offers Custom Writing Services to the Customer, adhering to the stipulations outlined in the Company Agreement.

By accessing or using the Site and Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you should discontinue using the Services.

The AI Tool Service allows Users to generate text-based content using automated AI models. This Service is provided on an "as-is" basis, and the Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated output.

Custom Writing Services involve the creation of original written content by human Experts according to the Customer's specifications. These Services are subject to additional terms regarding ordering, payment, delivery, revisions, and refunds.

The AI Tool Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing any AI-generated output before use.

The Company does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be free from plagiarism, factual errors, or inappropriate material. You agree not to use AI-generated content for any unlawful, harmful, or unethical purposes.

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to verify your identity and eligibility to use the Services at any time. You agree to cooperate with any verification requests and to provide any additional information or documentation we may reasonably require.

Failure to comply with verification requests may result in suspension or termination of your account and access to the Services.

Custom Writing Services are provided by independent Experts who create original written content according to your specifications. The Products delivered are intended for research, reference, and learning purposes only.

You agree not to submit any Product as your own work to any educational institution or for any purpose that would constitute academic dishonesty or violate any applicable policies or laws.

To place an Order for Custom Writing Services, you must complete the order form with all required information, including topic, requirements, deadline, and any additional instructions. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of your Order details.

Once an Order is placed and payment is received, it will be assigned to an Expert who will complete the work according to your specifications. You may communicate with the Expert through the Messaging System to provide clarifications or additional instructions.
