Refund Policy

Skillhub FZCO, referred to as "Company," "we," "us," or "our" manages the platform detectmy.ai, herein referred to as the "Website," "Service."

1. Refund

This Policy outlines the procedures for requesting a refund and the circumstances under which refunds may be granted.

2. Chargeback

A chargeback occurs when you dispute a transaction with your payment provider, which then initiates a reversal of the payment.

In the event of a chargeback, we reserve the right to suspend access to your account.

You agree to be responsible for any fees, penalties, or costs incurred by the Company as a result of chargebacks or other payment disputes.

3. Payment Model

The Website operates on a subscription-based model, under which users pay a recurring fee for access to premium features of the Service for a specified period.

4. Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Upon cancellation, your access to Pro features will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account will revert to the Free Plan.

Except as expressly stated in this Policy or as required by applicable law, all subscription fees and purchased credits are non-refundable.

Please note that failure to use the Service or inactivity does not constitute a valid basis for a refund.

Once a subscription is activated, you are granted access to the Pro features regardless of actual usage.

If you no longer wish to use the Service, you are responsible for canceling your subscription in a timely manner.

Where required by applicable law, you may be eligible for a refund.

5. Refund Processing

Upon confirmation of a refund, the Company will typically process the refund within 3 (three) business days.

The Company is not responsible for any bank fees, transfer issues, payment provider or financial institution delays.

Refund processing may depend on the date of the original payment and may be subject to delays or technical issues beyond our control, as refunds are processed by independent payment providers and card networks.

In such cases, we are unable to influence or expedite the process.

In general, refunds may be requested within six (6) months from the date of the original transaction.

Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds cannot be redirected to an alternative payment method (e.g., a different card or account).

6. Expired Account

In case your last activity on the Website as of the last payment date is for more than 180 (one hundred eighty) days, your account will be considered expired and get deleted.

Along with your account or profile, all personal data processed by the Company will be erased.

7. Account Deletion

You may request to delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Please note that account deletion does not entitle you to a refund.

Following a deletion request, your account will be placed in a temporary deactivation state for 14 (fourteen) days.

During this period, you may reactivate your account.

If you have any remaining balance or credits, you must contact Support within this period.

If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our policies, you will not be entitled to any refund or compensation for unused Services, content, or data associated with your account.

Account deletion is permanent.

If you wish to use the Service again, you will need to create a new account.

8. Payment Services

We use third-party payment providers to process transactions.

All payments are secured using industry-standard encryption technologies.

We do not collect, store, or process your payment card information.

Such information is handled exclusively by our payment service providers.

9. Data You Provide to Us

You acknowledge that any billing information you provide (including payment card details) is processed solely by our third-party payment providers.

The Company shall not be responsible for any failure of such providers to adequately protect your information.

Payment processing is subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the relevant payment providers.

We reserve the right to change payment providers at any time.

In such cases, your payment information may be securely transferred to another provider using appropriate encryption technologies (such as SSL or equivalent).
